Driving time
Driving time per driver, worked out from GPS data, with alerts when limits are passed. Defaults follow Vietnam's 2024 Road Traffic Order and Safety Law: at most 4 hours continuous, 10 hours a day and 48 hours a week.

Planned maintenance
Maintenance plans by km or days, with reminders before they fall due. Work orders with approval, costs and technicians.
