Your operations and finance data matter. Here is how we protect them.
Each company's data is separate
Every record belongs to one company and every query is filtered by the signed-in user's company. Users of one company cannot see another company's data.
Role-based access
Administrators decide, per module, whether each role may view, create, edit, delete or export. Money can require an approver other than its creator.
Every change is logged
Each create, edit, delete and approval is recorded with who did it, when, and the values before and after. Administrators see it under Audit Log.
Passwords and sessions
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored readable. Sign-in attempts are rate-limited. Deactivating a driver or resetting their password signs the Driver app out on their phone at once.
Encrypted connections
Every connection to FleetPulse uses HTTPS. E-invoice provider credentials are encrypted at rest.
Hosting and backups
FleetPulse runs on Amazon Web Services in Singapore. The database is backed up every night and backups are kept for 30 days.
Personal data
We process drivers' and users' personal data in line with Vietnam's 2025 Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing rules. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
Your data is yours
Export any list to CSV at any time. When you stop using FleetPulse, we delete your company's data on request.
