Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan time-limited?
No. The Free plan is for good, for fleets of up to 5 trucks and 2 logins, with every module.
Do drivers count as logins?
Logins include office users and Driver app accounts. Contact us if your driver team is larger than your plan allows.
How do we pay?
We issue a VAT invoice and you pay by bank transfer. Your plan is upgraded as soon as payment arrives.
What happens when we outgrow our plan?
You keep access to all your data. Request a plan change under Settings → Plan & billing and we will contact you right away.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Every list can be exported to CSV at any time. Your data is yours.
Do you help us get started?
Pro includes guided onboarding; Enterprise adds help importing your existing data and a dedicated account manager.
